The Department of Mechanical Engineering is one of the departments established from 2001. The department has well experienced faculty and staff members of proven ability and administrative skills. It has well equipped state-of-the art laboratories that cater to the needs of the students. The department also takes up industrial consultancy works with well equipped laboratories and has dedicated faculty and staff members. This department also offers PG course with Industrial Engineering as specialization. The Department is accredited by the National Board of Accreditation since 2009.
Objective:
To train the student in various fields of mechanical engineering to match with industrial needs. To cultivate the entrepreneurship activities to bring as perfect industrialist. To increase student’s abilities, encourage them to become job creators.
